Heather has taught for Mount Royal University, the Investor Learning Centre, the Alberta Securities Commission, and at numerous other private organizations.
Over a twenty year career in
the Investment Services industry, Heather became a Canadian Investment Manager (CIM), earned both options and derivatives licenses, completed level-1 and level-2 insurance licensing, and earned the industry's highest standing as a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI).
Appointed Vice President & Senior Investment Advisor, Heather was
a consistent President's Council qualifier for her firm, and a semi-finalist in the Investment Dealers Association "Broker of Distinction" awards.

Dennis Blas
In 2004, Dennis concluded his successful thirty-five year Information Technology career while working in a
management role with an international shipping and transportation company.
He has developed the technology tools that support the Retirement Rocks! seminar and co-authored their award winning book, "Canadian Boomers Invest in Life".
In addition to co-presenting retirement seminars with Heather, Dennis has extensive experience as an assistant and lead facilitator, coach, and mentor in personal development and life skills programs. Through his training, and practical knowledge of life transitions, he understands that -
